Install Collection

When you create a Collection, it will be empty by default. You should add plugins & themes to it, so you can install entire collections of items to a website.

Install & Activate a Collection

More often than not, people will want to automatically install and immediately activate all plugins & themes from the list. To do that, simply:

1. Choose a card with the desired Collection
2. On the left-hand side of the card, you should see an "Install Collection" menu item with a small arrow next to it. Click on it
3. Choose "Install & activate collection
4. Wait for WP Reset to go through your list and install & activate each item from the list

Install a Collection

The second option allows you to quickly install all the plugins & themes from the selected Collection. This option will only install the items from the list, but it will not activate them automatically.

1. Choose a card with the desired Collection
2. On the left-hand side of the card, you should see an "Install Collection" menu item with a small arrow next to it. Click on it
3. Choose "Install collection"
4. Wait for WP Reset to go through your list and install & activate each item from the list

To activate the newly installed plugins you should navigate to Plugins -> All Plugins where you can activate each one as you want. For themes, please open Appearance -> Themes where you can activate any of the themes that were a part of the Collection you just installed.

Delete Installed Plugins & Themes, Then Install & Activate Collection

In case you want to install a Collection on an already active site that comes with previously installed plugins & themes, you can choose to delete those first. 

Instead of manually going through plugins & themes and deleting one by one, you can choose this option. Once you select the option, WP Reset will find all plugins & themes that are currently installed on a site, and it will delete them. 

After that, it will proceed by installing & activating the items from the selected Collection.

1. Choose a card with the desired Collection
2. On the left-hand side of the card, you should see an "Install Collection" menu item with a small arrow next to it. Click on it
3. Choose "Delete installed plugins & themes, then install & activate collection"
4. Wait for WP Reset to go through your list, delete old items and install & activate each item from the list

Delete Installed Plugins & Themes, Then Install a Collection

This option will as well delete old plugins & themes, but it will only install new items without activating them:

1. Choose a card with the desired Collection
2. On the left-hand side of the card, you should see an "Install Collection" menu item with a small arrow next to it. Click on it
3. Choose "Delete installed plugins & themes, then install & activate collection"
4. Wait for WP Reset to go through your list, delete old items and install & activate each item from the list
