Yes, of course, we provide support and will be happy to help you with everything; from setting up and using the plugin to Dashboard, and AppSumo codes. We take support seriously! That’s why we never outsource it, and 9 out of 10 tickets are answered by WP Reset developers who actually worked on the plugin and coded every feature in.
If there's anything we can help you with, don't hesitate to contact support. Our support widget is available both in the plugin and in the Dashboard in the lower right corner.
Support is provided only via email. We don't offer chat or phone support. While we can answer some questions via Facebook, or Twitter of AppSumo our support is limited via those channels. The best and fastest way to get support is to use the widget in the lower right corner of the plugin/dashboard.
