Cloud
Cloud feature lets you offload snapshots on the selected service to add redundancy and save space on your hosting account. It also stores ZIP files for pro plugins from collections.
At the moment, you can choose between 5 types of Clouds:
- WP Reset Cloud
- Dropbox
- Google Drive
- pCloud
- pCloud EU (GDPR-compliant version of pCloud)
- Icedrive
Switching the cloud service will not cause any snapshots or collections to be lost. They will be available when you switch back to the cloud service they are saved on.
If you decide not to use any Cloud service, simply choose the first "Disable" option from the drop-down menu.
pCloud EU is a GDPR-compliant version of pCloud that refers to the European Union (EU) region of the pCloud cloud storage service. By hosting data in the EU region, pCloud ensures that users' data is stored within the geographical boundaries of the European Union. This localization may be desirable for users who have specific regulatory or compliance requirements related to data sovereignty, privacy, or data protection laws within the EU.
It provides users with reliable and secure cloud storage infrastructure while adhering to EU data protection regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring users' data privacy rights are respected and their data is handled in compliance with applicable EU laws and regulations.
