Is it WP-MU compatible?

Some tools are not WPMU compatible like for instance "Delete all plugins" one. The reason for that is that plugin files are shared between all WPMU sites so deleting on one would mean deleting them on all. When running WPMU all tools are clearly marked if they are available or not.
