Do you offer phone & chat support?
Unfortunately, due to the complexity of the plugin, we do not offer phone & chat support.
The reason for that is the fact that handling WP Reset and all of its features takes time, and it would simply take too much time to handle the problems on the phone or chat. Debugging and fixing issues requires full attention from our support agents, and they need their piece of mind while fixing problems.
However, our support is available to you at all times, and we will try to answer each ticket as soon as possible, but it is available via email only. The best and fastest way to get support is to use the widget in the lower right corner of the plugin/dashboard.
